BEGIN at FABRIC
Developers Lamont & Co have selected Hawkins Construction as the preferred builder at FABRIC with both parties working towards agreeing contractual terms later this year.
To prepare for construction, various site investigations are now underway. Hawkins is also working closely with the FABRIC design team in order to confirm their pricing and to formulate their construction methodology. Architects Ashton Mitchell are coordinating and completing the detailed design documentation which will allow for FABRIC’s staged Building Consent delivery.
It’s an exciting time as we get ready for the transformation of this light industrial site into Onehunga’s beautiful new pocket neighbourhood!
Come and visit the display suite to see the full sized two bedroom display apartment, and be part of the next chapter in one of Auckland’s oldest and most loved suburbs.
IN STAGE ONE NOW
The third and final building of FABRIC’s first stage is now selling. Ashton Mitchell Architects have incorporated market feedback into the new, improved building design.
This building contains some exciting new layouts for two bedroom-one bathroom and two bedroom-two bathroom apartments. View plans and pricing at the display suite and take a tour of our full two-bedroom display apartment styled by Homestyle.
FABRIC’s first release has been immensely popular with first home buyers, Onehunga locals and those transitioning from larger suburban homes. With sales progressing well, a second release of 39 one, two and three bedroom apartments has been announced.
