Apartment living
Vision
A masterplanned community of five buildings over four levels, FABRIC residents enjoy well-designed apartments with a common backyard. FABRIC’s architecture reflects its industrial heritage with buildings wrapped in steel cladding, black joinery, exposed concrete finishes and timber detailing.
Finding Common
Ground
Vision
The most liveable cities in the world are planned around parks and commons, where nature meets architecture. Pocket neighbourhoods grow from residential communities built around shared open spaces — they’re a place to find common ground. FABRIC is set apart through carefully considered landscaping and a green network of common grounds. Ample planting, established trees and climbing walls create natural green spaces between each building.

The common pocket park is a central focus and the social heart of FABRIC, encouraging residents to gather together, kick a ball or relax in the sun.

Neighbours
Lifestyle
FABRIC is building a community of like-minded neighbours in the heart of ONEHUNGA, a well-loved and established urban village, unique in character and spirit. Meet some of the new locals who have purchased an apartment at FABRIC of ONEHUNGA.

MATTHEW, RACHAEL & HENRY
We already live in Onehunga and it’s the best but we’re looking forward to having both a new, lock and leave apartment and a backyard for Henry to play in. Targeting a green design and building rating, FABRIC has everything we wanted – location, sustainably focused, close to public transport and a vision for a positive new way of living in Auckland.

Jamie
FABRIC’s location is great as it’s walking distance to the train station and I think it’ll have a fantastic community feeling. I love that Onehunga is an up and coming area which is full of character and close to everything you need. I bought at FABRIC because of the beautiful design, the wonderful area, and it’s affordable.

STEVEN & MJ
We love that FABRIC has a modern design and will have landscaped grounds. The apartments are beautiful and were within our budget. I (Steven) have lived in Onehunga my whole life. Everything’s nearby and the people are real. We recognise that Onehunga will develop significantly in the coming years, making it a great investment. We can’t wait to move in!

LILY, BRIAN & AUGUST
We like that FABRIC is central in Onehunga and a growing part of Auckland. Everything you need is here, and everything that’s not here is still really easy to get to. We’re excited to live in Onehunga at FABRIC. We’ll enjoy the green space, security and low maintenance.

KARISHMA
I love that FABRIC promotes community building. I’m from Fiji and I grew up in a small community where neighbours were part of the family. I also really liked that I could secure an apartment at 2017’s market value and have at least 2 years to save towards mortgage payments. It sure does mean less avocado bagels but I’m excited to move into my brand new first home.

SAM & PAIGE
We really like FABRIC’s architecture and design, the pocket park and the community feel. Its location in Onehunga is close to public transport links and the airport which is great. We liked the idea of buying a brand-new, spacious apartment rather than an old outdated do-up home for the same price.
