Construction on FABRIC has continued at a strong pace throughout 2019. It’s an exciting stage of progress as we see the shape of the new buildings emerge. Cladding has started on the façade of Building F and A and the roof installation is near complete. The structure of Building B is also topping out at level 4.
Sales have been steady with 72% of apartments already sold. Our display suite with decoration by Homestyle has delighted prospective buyers with the perfect vision of how it would be to live in the newest pocket neighbourhood of Onehunga.
